Design

Every project commences with a Client Meeting during which we actively listen, discuss, and craft a project brief collaboratively.

Initial designs are typically conceived through a mix of hand-drawn and technical printouts to grasp project constraints and explore the potential for spaces, buildings, or sites.

Construction & Delivery

Following a successful Planning Application, there are generally three stages of work: Building Regulation, Tender and Detailed Specification and Contract Management.

Projects

Rural three-bedroom dwelling blending traditional and modern sustainability practices. Classic barn aesthetic with eco-conscious design features. Carefully selected sustainable materials, including wood siding and locally sourced flintwork, reduce carbon footprint while preserving rustic appeal. Passive shading techniques optimise comfort and energy efficiency year-round. Strategic overhangs minimize solar heat gain in summer and maximise natural light in winter, reducing reliance on artificial heating and cooling. Collaborative design process ensures alignment with client needs, preferences, and sustainability goals
